I love RNBJ, but to be honest, it's a little sad. When Anushka/Taani's yelling at SRK/Suri, and he says, "On my salary I knew I would never be able to take you" my heart just broke. SRK played Suri amazingly, and I really could believe the movie. I cried numerous times throughout it. But I love the ending, it's so sweet. "Excuse me, it's Mr and Mrs Surinder Sahni". And the their 'honeymoon' pictures and Suri's commentary. It was like a fairytale. :) I'm rewatching it right now, as a matter of fact, on pirated CD! This magic you can expect from SRK only. But even Anushka never let you feel this is her first film either. She has given tremendous performance in her debut. I didn't like the movie as much, in fact not even half as much. BUT reading your review makes me want to see it again. Raj was just too obnoxious for me, and my expectations were too high for SRK/Aditya Chopra. Will give this another go when the DVD comes out. Wow, this was a great review!
